Pre-school

The warmth of care and positive encouragement in Pre-School develops growing self-esteem and confidence in the children and encourages their social and emotional development to flourish. The children's own work is celebrated and opportunities in the unit include a cosy corner for resting and looking at books, a roleplay area together with extensive creative art and craft opportunities with different media for your child to discover. We encourage children to explore the natural world and take an active part in the Allotment or watch the residents of the bug hotel in the Wild Garden. Listening to music, singing and playing musical instruments play a central part in the children's development. Our aim in Pre-School is to support your children in school readiness.
